About Me
As a Nutrition Therapist Master, my interest in health and nutrition first sparked when I started rock climbing. I realized that in order to meet the demands of climbing, I needed to eat adequately to support my body, and address any negative beliefs I had about food that weren’t serving me. My passion for this discovery motivated me to help others, so I pursued an education at The Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, and graduated in April 2021. Through school, optimizing my own diet for performance, and working almost exclusively with rock climbers, I discovered the pivotal role that nutrition has in overall health, well-being, and injury prevention, as well as maintaining and improving performance.
Additionally, as a vegan climber myself, I love helping others optimize their plant-based or vegan diets. Once I learned how to properly nourish my body with plants, I began to unlock my full potential with training efforts and performance outcomes. To date, I’ve climbed dozens of 5.13s, with my hardest route being 5.13d. I love showing people that it can be done healthfully, and that you can have great success as an athlete.
Overall, my goal when working with my clients is to separate the evidence based fact from fiction that consumes social media, and work closely with them to achieve their goals—no matter their dietary preferences—both on a physical and emotional level.
I support them in order to reach their peak potential with performance and overall health, all the while cultivating a positive relationship with food and their body. Life is stressful enough. Figuring out what to eat and how to nourish our bodies shouldn’t be.

My practice relies heavily on educating you on how to apply the basic foundations of nutrition to your every day life, and the practicality of incorporating healthy eating habits that are based on whole, nutrient-dense foods while still enjoying the fun stuff.
I believe in simplifying evidence-based nutrition information so that it’s easily digestible to you and can be seamlessly applied to your life in order to create a personalized, easy to understand, and actionable nutrition road map to success.
