My nutrition road map for you…

01 — Evaluate & establish your ‘why’

Together we will discuss what your goals are, what’s keeping you from achieving them, and what your “why” is. We will discuss your overall eating patterns, lifestyle, beliefs about nutrition and body image, and your fueling during & around your sessions. We will use this information to pinpoint where your starting line is.

02 — Plan of action

We will design a plan together to embark on your nutrition journey by creating healthy overall eating patterns that align with your general life and athletic goals. I’ll keep things approachable and easy-to-digest. I’ll make sure you understand the reasons for the changes we make, and how to expect them to impact you. We will build out proper fueling strategies to augment your training and performance.

03 — Implement, track, & achieve

You’ll take the plan we created and put it into action. From here we will keep tabs on your journey and metrics such as your energy, mood, digestion, recovery, and performance and training outcomes. Together we will evaluate your progress and make adjustments if needed. It’s up to you to maintain your nutrition patterns to reach your goals, but you’ll have unlimited access to my support along the way!

04 — Keep the momentum going

You’ll feel ready and confident to move forward on your own by maintaining the nutrition habits, skills, and results that you developed over the course of working together. No more confusion—you will feel empowered in your decisions surrounding food and nutrition!
