1-HOUR CONSULT:
If you don’t want full support, and you just want to pick my brain and receive quick advice for what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat to support and optimize your climbing or life goals, this option is for you.
I will take a quick deep dive into your life & nutrition habits, and provide advice based on your individual needs and current goals. With this option, you do not receive a follow-up call, text or email support, or anything in the list to the left with a bold star next to it.

Here’s how it works:

Send me a message with a description of who you are, what you want help with, and what your goals are. You can give me as many details as you like, and ask me any questions you need to! **NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER after applying. I always reply within 48 hours and don’t want you to miss it!
If we’re a good fit to work together, I’ll send you a Nutrition Intake Form and consent of services, and give you instructions on filling out a diet log.
Once I have the information above, we will schedule our first video call together.
We will have our first meeting! You’ll leave our session with a clear plan of action. **If you chose the 1-Hour Consult, your support ends here!
You will start implementing our plan. You’ll have unlimited access to my support along the way. Any time you have questions, concerns, or need help, I’m here for you!
We will schedule our follow-up video call roughly mid-month. We will discuss your progress, address any questions you have, and can make changes or adjustments to your plan if needed!
You will continue to have my support throughout the rest of our time working together.
By the end of our month together, you can move forward independently or if you want further support, we can extend our time together. It’s up to you and whatever goals you have!
